I am a landscape artist. My inspiration comes from a lifetime of adventure in the great outdoors.

Relief-Printmaking is the generic term for the kind of art that Deby Gilley creates. A matrix of either linoleum or wood is prepared as a printing plate.

Throughout my work I seek to display joy and celebrate curiosity in everyday life.

Inspired by the rhythms of the natural world and the stories of old, my art invites viewers to slow down, appreciate the simple things, and connect with the land and its creatures.

My favorite mediums are watercolor and oils.

My recent surreal montages, compiled from late 19th-century photographs, family pictures, and found images are a journey into the realm of dreams, memories, and fantasy.
